Jax 3D Pro began with a simple conviction: that the way you show a space should be as precise as it is beautiful. We built the business around a Matterport Pro3 — a LiDAR scanner accurate to the inch, indoors and out — so every room is captured as a true, measured digital twin, not just a set of pretty pictures.
That precision comes from an unusual pairing. Owner Jay spent years as a software engineer before turning a lifelong passion — over 30 years behind the camera — into a full-time craft. Every capture is treated as a technical data-capture mission with an artist's eye: every scan aligned, every measurement clean, delivered when we said it would be.
Family-run alongside Monika and based in St. Johns County, we serve businesses, agents and developers across Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Northeast Florida — and we've been background-cleared for secure commercial sites. Photography is still part of what we do, but the 3D twin is the heart of it.
