The pricing model, out in the open

Most 3D tour providers quote per project and keep the math to themselves. Ours is public: a $75 base fee plus a per-square-foot rate that depends on how complex your layout is:

Open layout (hall, showroom, big open floor): $0.04 / sq ft
Standard layout (normal mix of rooms): $0.05 / sq ft
Complex layout (many small or detailed rooms): $0.06 / sq ft
Outdoor areas (patios, pools, grounds): + $0.04 / sq ft

A Matterport hosting subscription only enters the picture if you want the full interactive tour (dollhouse view, measurements) embedded on your own website; six months of hosting are included with our capture.
